Charges Stem from Incident in Miami-Dade County

Rapper Was Booked into Jail Early Thursday Morning

WEB Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1991), known professionally as Travis Scott, was arrested and booked into Miami-Dade County Jail early Thursday morning on charges of trespassing property after an alleged disturbance.

According to police reports, Scott was attending a party at a private residence in Miami Beach when he was asked to leave by the property owner. Scott refused to leave and was subsequently arrested by police.

Scott was booked into jail on a misdemeanor trespassing charge and released on bond. A court date has been set for a future date.

The arrest comes as Scott is in the midst of a highly publicized tour. He is scheduled to perform in Los Angeles on Saturday night.
